Delivery Policy for Heavy/Oversized Products

1. Delivery Method

Due to DoorDash’s policies, we cannot deliver heavy or oversized products using their service. Additionally, we are unable to offer local pickup for these items. To accommodate such orders, we utilize a specialized delivery service designed for heavy or oversized goods.

2. Delivery Fee

• A flat fee of $30 is charged for the delivery of all heavy/oversized products in a single order.
• This fee applies once per order, regardless of the number of heavy/oversized items in your cart.
• Maximize your value by combining multiple heavy/oversized items into a single order.

3. Avoiding the Delivery Fee

To avoid this fee, remove all heavy/oversized items from your cart.

Checkout Procedure

1. At checkout, select “Free Local Pickup” and use the “Free Local Pickup” scheduler to book your preferred delivery date and time.
2. Although labeled as “Free Local Pickup,” we shall use the selected date and time to arrange delivery via our specialized service.
3. Do not select DoorDash for orders containing heavy/oversized items, as they cannot be delivered through DoorDash and you shall be paying extra delivery fee.
